We ask that you please be courteous to our clients on our wait list and give us a 48 hour notice when canceling appointments so these spots can be filled. Less than 48 hour notice of cancellation is subject to a 50% charge of the full service cost. Same day and No Shows are subject to 100% of the full service charge. Our livelihood depends on our booked appointments. Giving us as much time as possible is appreciated. We can not accommodate extra time for late arrivals but you will receive therapy for your remaining time scheduled. If we have not received any communication from you within 20 minutes past the start of your session a no show is assumed. Late fees are waived for emergencies and illness including Covid -19. If you are feeling ill, have a cough, fever and other cold-like symptoms please stay home. We are happy to reschedule your appointment for you when you are feeling well again.
